1. Whatever we name things, they are that to us. Whatever we name people, they are that to us.
2. Many times we form judgments about others. It is as if we create a file for them in our minds and we glue that file shut with Super Glue.
3. The things that matter most in our own lives exist not in the Three Dimensional World, but in our own inner Spiritual Journeys.
4. Instead of being a critic of yourself and others, be a coach.
5. Too often we judges ourselves, other people, other religions, and other countries. The problem is with the one that judges, not the one being judged.
