Life Is A Journey, Not A Destination

There is a strong basic instinct for expecting varying levels of goodness in our lives. Sometimes individuals believe that "it is not God's will that I be prosperous or healthy or at peace." Not true! Another belief some individuals in the study of Truth hold is whatever is going wrong in their lives is because "it's all in my consciousness." Also, not true. Let's get it straight. Of course each of us is living our own experience, but God has created each of us to have, to be, and to share in His infinite goodness, not to browbeat ourselves because our lives are not outpicturing what we wish and what we feel is right for ourselves deep within. Instead of browbeating ourselves, we need to continue thinking the thought, praying the prayer, and stating the treatment that connects us with the spiritual idea or feeling we know is our spiritual right to experience. Hold on in spite of appearances. Keep on keeping on! The goodness of God is ever with you.
