Community Services at Community Church of New Thought

La Mesita Family Shelter

We are always grateful for any donations of daily necessities, such as toiletries, non-perishable food items, and clothing for homeless parents and children. All donated items are taken to La Mesita, a family shelter. They provide temporary emergency housing, case management, employment, readiness training, childcare, and services to help families with minor-aged children.

Recycling Program

Drop off your recyclables at Community Church of New Thought. We will dispose of them properly through the City of Mesa Recycling Program.

Volunteer Program

Sunday Morning Discussion Group

Jean Besich facilitates this adult study, discussion, and prayer group. Various books and video tapes are used as a springboard for discussion. The group meets in the Main Office every Sunday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome.
