You define the contents of the page header by filling in the form. When you are done filling in the form, press the 'Add New Page' button.
Each field on the form helps to define the web page.
Name: Is the name of the web page. This is used only by Eufrates. The name of the page is 1-20 alphanumeric characters.
Title: Is the title that will appear at the top of the web browser when someone accesses your web page.
Header: This is the optional title line that appears on the page itself. You can leave this blank and define your entire page with items.
ImageURL: This is the optional address of an image to appear at the top of the page. For example; http://abc.com/myface.jpg. You can leave this blank and format the page with items.
Colors: You can place an optional color definition here to change the colors of the background, links, and text.
Background: You can put the address of a background jpg or gif here.
Webmaster email address: This address will be inserted at the bottom of the page when it is generated. If this field is blank, it will not be included.
Category: Eufrates will generate a cross reference list of all the pages we host using this category.
After you have added this new web page, you must press the 'Add New Page' button to update Eufrates' web page database. Then you can press the 'Generate and Write Page' button to see the page and write it to the web directory.
If you press the 'Generate with Debug Links' button instead, Eufrates will generate the page and display it to your web browser, but it won't update the actual page on the Web. It also puts a link in the web page at the start of each Eufrates item, so you can see which item is generating which text, and if you click on the link you can edit that item directly.
You can always go back and change the web page by clicking on its name in the 'Your Web Pages' list.
Once you have added the page, you can add items to the page. Items are things like paragraphs of text, hypertext jumps, images, etc.
